1. Place the knife and fork on either side of the plate.
2. Set the knife to the right of the plate and the fork to the left.
3. Arrange the knife on the right and the fork on the left, both parallel to the edge of the table.
4. Position the knife to the right and the fork to the left, with the handle ends pointing towards the center of the plate.
5. Place the knife horizontally on the right side and the fork horizontally on the left side of the plate.
